Traitor! Who serves in a military they don't support?

A lot of soldiers go into a war supporting it and later change their minds. Pat Tilman (the NFL player who left a million dollar NFL contract to fight in Iraq) was quoted shortly before his death for saying, “This war is f’-in illegal.” It's nothing new. No matter how adamantly pro-war you are, there is no doubt that witnessing some of the inevitable scenes that await you, your perception could change.

And this particular war, we have seen is just a big lie.

Once you're in, it's not easy to get out, which is the problem. You have thousands of soldiers currently stationed across the world who don't want to be there, but can't do much about it. (Unless they consider dishonorable discharge a desirable path to take)

Just saw this article, let me quote a relevant portion or two.

"Republican Party has received more campaign contributions from employees of the military than the Democratic Party. ...Ron Paul has received more campaign contributions from military members than any other single candidate. ...

...It’s interesting to see that the military supports the only anti-Iraq war Republican candidate. It just goes to show you how bad this ‘war‘ really is going."
