No Caffine -
Must say that it happens to me quite often the way you mentioned....though I might not quote as PMSing from my point of view but more of mood swings!!!...I am a believer that caffine do affect your daily mood swings. My 2007 resolution quitting 40% caffine from my diet so far is on the target!!! Knock on wood.
On a separate note, nice blog, worth reading it.
